Insert a guitar pick to open the screen assembly.
Slide a guitar pick into the gap created by the suction cup.
Slowly glide the pick along the edge to release the adhesive securing the screen.
Disconnect the battery connector first to prevent electrical issues.
Locate the battery connector, typically beneath a metal plate.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws securing the plate.
Gently lift the connector using a plastic spudger or tweezers to avoid damaging it.
Disconnect the screen connectors to take out the damaged screen.
Identify and disconnect the connectors attaching the screen assembly to the phone's logic board.
These connectors are usually located near the top edge of the phone.
Test the new screen before installation.
Carefully attach the connectors of the new screen to the logic board.
Power on the Samsung device to ensure the new screen functions properly before proceeding.
Align and connect the new screen carefully.
Place the new screen into position, ensuring it lines up correctly with the chassis.
Connect the screen connectors securely to the logic board.
Reconnect the battery connector securely.
Carefully reattach the battery connector to the logic board.
Replace the metal plate and screws to secure the connector in place.
Gently close the screen assembly with even pressure.
Press along the edges of the screen to ensure the adhesive bonds securely.
Apply even pressure to ensure the screen sits flush with the chassis.
